Luann de Lesseps recalls ‘making out heavily’ with ‘tipsy’ Hugh Grant at a Hamptons restaurant

“My brother was like, ‘I can’t believe you’re making out with Hugh Grant’, and I was like, ‘Neither can I,'” the “RHONY” alum recalled.
